The general conditions of standard fire contracts provided in the market exclude from the guarantee the fire or explosion damage resulting from riots, popular movements, acts of terrorism and sabotage. This exclusion is redeemable but can only be granted in peaceful times and not in times when  turmoil or risks become virtually certain.

    This warranty may relate only to fire or explosion damage as it may be extended to property damage and such as breakage resulting from such events. Whatever the nature of the damages covered, the guarantee is generally limited and partial in relation to the covered capital.
